Ken was known best for the designs seen on the Hornsea 'Love Mugs' (a series of 12), but four of his designs also appear on Weatherby dishes and mugs.

Hornsea

Ken designed the patterns for the Hornsea Love Mugs, a set of 12, each featuring a month of the year. The design is different to his normal style, but this may been a criteria to emulate John Clappison's style. The design probably dates to 1975, but the mugs were definitely marketed from 1976 to 1981.

Weatherby

The pottery company, Weatherby in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, created a small range of dishes and mugs from the Menagerie range. Four designs are know: Cheshire Cat, Cockerel, Hedgehog, Pig.
